Applicant Sourcing
The sourcing package includes:
- Categorising the CVs you send us in response to your ad. We select the best candidates for you either through a simple qualification process (over the telephone) or through in-person interviews at our agency, depending on the type of sourcing service you select.
- Sending finalists with a brief commentary written by the recruitment managers at Tovalea.
The sourcing package does not include:
- Strategic upstream planning regarding the job description.
To benefit from this service, we encourage you to select the « executive search » option. With this option, we will oversee the entire recruitment service and create a general job offer for future applicants.
- Organising interviews with your finalists. We send you the list of applicants who are most qualified for the position. It is then up to you to contact them to finalise the hiring process.
- Verifying references with previous employers.
- Finding a replacement if the trial period is terminated prematurely. We replace applicants who leave their positions during the trial period only as part of our executive search package.
