Tovalea is a recruitment agency specialised in hotels and restaurants. The application process is one of our main areas of focus. That means we only work with clients who share our values.
Our ultimate goal is to initiate professional encounters that lead to long-lasting relationships. Each assignment must align with the agency’s core values, namely loyalty, sincerity, and excellence.
We strive to be clear and transparent in all our interactions. We reply to all applicants, even those not selected. Through clear communication, we provide all applicants with transparent and well-intentioned advice. By systematically turning away clients who do not align with our values regarding transparency, we ensure an unwavering customer promise.
Tovalea’s sincerity is a sign of its good will. We listen to every candidate and respect their professional decisions. At Tovalea, applicants’ experience, future plans, and mobility preferences are the absolute priority. We pursue this goal for every one of our applicants and clients.
Through clear communication, we give each candidate the opportunity to receive transparent and compassionate recruitment advice.
We want all of our recruitments to be driven by excellence. At Tovalea, we expect excellence to be part of the applicant experience from start to finish. Our goal is to go beyond what’s expected to facilitate exceptional results, while never cutting corners and only presenting clients with the best possible applicants.
In 2016, Tovalea became the first recruitment firm to completely ban the printing of CVs. Candidates are invited by email to come in for an interview without their printed CV, and instead have it displayed digitally on a tablet. For each CV that is not printed, Tovalea donates €1 to the tree-planting organisation: www.planete-urgence.org. Around €2,500 was donated in 2016 and 2017, with €3,500 projected for 2018.
Working with the Sigma Conseil accounting firm, Tovalea has also chosen to go paperless for all of its accounting: no more printed invoices and all payments made online.
Through articles published via LinkedIn, Tovalea also regularly invites its network (more than 5000 contacts) to reflect upon their impact on the environment. There are still great strides to be made within this industry, particularly as it concerns the production of plastic.
