Recruitment process


Before we present them to our clients, each of our short-listed candidates is interviewed in-person at the agency so that their operational expertise can be meticulously evaluated. This interview serves to take full stock of their experience. Applicants are then informed with transparency of the opportunities and challenges involved in the position.

Our network of hotel experts allows us to thoroughly verify candidates’ references.

We strive to carry out all our recruitment efforts efficiently so that our clients can quickly find the best person for the job.
