Following her baccalaureate, Marine began studying for her DUT (Technological University Degree) in Marketing Techniques. During her second year, she interned at the natural gas distribution company GrDF, where she joined a team of human resource consultants. This was her first professional experience, which lit the spark for her deciding to continue in this field.
Having always had a passion for accommodations, she decided to go for her Master’s in Hospitality at IAE in La Rochelle. During her studies there, she was fortunate enough to participate in several hospitality-focused internships, working in various operational capacities, including reception. Eventually her desire to specialise in human resources led her to gain professional experience in personnel administration.
During her Master’s studies, Marine received an internship offer at Sofitel Hotel & Resorts as a Talent & Culture Assistant. There, she was primarily involved in the recruitment of new employees. It was during this 6-month professional experience that she developed a keen interest in recruitment and a desire to continue on this career path.
